So I got all excited when I saw the fact that the magnificent James Cameron is in the writing team for Terminator Salvation, but was severely disapointed when I saw the pictures. They are borrowing heavily from the whole Borg angle in Star Trek. whatever happened to Cameron's ingenuity and uniqueness? Is he becoming another George Lucas?

well this movie takes place in 2018...before the machines have perfected creating Terminator like Arnie so they are gonna show that angle
dont know man, from the trailer the movie looks very good
and plus, Christian Bale is in this movie
And this guy only takes on movies which have a good story to them...so i think this movie will be good

Yeah James Cameron is amazing. Btw, you seen his underwater sci-fi classic, the abyss? Amazing stuff. Its just that the one pic from the new movie looks EXACTLY like a scene from Star Trek that got me a little disappointed, as it looked like another deep impact vs armageddon.

^ Thats always the trick to good sci-fi Remember the king of all sci fi movies, 2001 A space Odyssey, we never quite figured out what the deal with the monolith was! Even after 30-40 years that movie remains a mystery.

The MOST ANTICIPATED?!
Oh boy! I WAITED and WAITED for donkey's years for Harry Potter to come out days before my birthday so I could look forward o it and then guess what they do?! They decide to move it to 09! Uff I was more angry than, you know what?, I don't even know what I was more angry than. Ughhh!
But yeah anyways, I'm just WAITING for Harry Potter to come out! I loveeeeeeeeeeee it! love it love it love itt
But to be truthful, the movie ruins it a bit. Because JK Rowling gives us such a good description of everything that you can actually imagine it and then when you watch the movie it just isn't up to your expectations based on your imagination. And the Dumbledore they have changed it to since the 2nd movie I think is just too evil looking. The old one looked so cute and Dumbledor-ish!
The directors just don't have as good an imagination as I do
Oh and I'm waiting for Slumdog Millionaire and Angels and Demons! Oh and not to forget Transformers 2!
Die.
